All fees and payment terms will be agreed upon before project initiation.
Payments must be made on time. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final app and related deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Digitaleworldservices reserves the right to showcase non-confidential projects in its portfolio.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information and will not disclose such information to third parties without consent.
Digitaleworldservices is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are only responsible for the agreed deliverables within the project scope.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Digitaleworldservices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
